I read a lot of blogs, and a lot of recipes to give me fresh ideas. There are so many wonderful people out there giving of their time and ideas – I really am very grateful.
Because we don’t eat “standard fare” doesn’t mean we have to miss out – al contraire! I can modify out stuff that doesn’t do us any good and vroom it up here and there!

One of her recipes I really am excited about is just about perfect for any snack, or lunch box, and can be made in bulk.
It’s called Crunch Pizza Trail Mix and I do encourage you to try it. The colours are maintained because all the ingredients are dried. Compare that with a bag of potato crisps – know which I’d choose!
